The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a process improvement mindset. They will ensure the integrity of extracted data by reviewing outputs, remediating errors, and strengthening feedback loops. Data Accuracy & Validation

  • Correct errors and ensure data meets accuracy and completeness standards before delivery to clients.

  • Identify recurring issues, root causes, and work with product/engineering to improve extraction logic and data pipelines.

AI/ML Feedback & Process Improvement

  • Provide structured corrections to enhance the performance of AI/ML data extraction systems.

  • Analyze trends in errors to refine flagging rules and build preventative controls.

  • Design systems and checks that proactively catch anomalies and prevent data issues from reaching clients.

Training & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain data QA playbooks and training materials.

  • Train and support offshore data processing teams to improve accuracy and consistency.

  • Establish feedback loops to ensure learnings from QA are incorporated into operations and product.

Reporting & Client Trust

  • Track and report data quality KPIs (accuracy %, error categories, rework rates).

  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering to enhance platform capabilities.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase client trust in the platform.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in data quality, data operations, or data analysis (finance, SaaS, or related industries preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies and patterns.

  • Experience reviewing structured data from financial documents or operational sources.

  • Comfortable working with AI/ML systems and providing feedback to improve extraction accuracy.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with experience creating training materials or SOPs.

  • Analytical thinker who can recommend and implement process improvements.

  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments, able to manage multiple priorities.

Plus if

  • Knowledge of alternative investments (VC, PE, Real Estate, Hedge Funds).

  • Familiarity with OCR/ML extraction tools (e.g., Nanonets, Hyperscience, Abbyy).

  • Experience with Salesforce or other workflow/CRM tools.

  • SQL or Excel skills for data validation and checks.
